LAMB SKEWERS


Ingredients: Lamb, Water, Seasoning (spices, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon juice powder [corn syrup solids, lemon juice solids, flavor], dehydrated lemon peel, flavor), Parsley, Flavorings, Salt, Vinegar, Cultured dextrose (cultured dextrose, corn maltodextrin), Sodium phosphates.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). If frozen, thaw product prior to cooking.
AIR FRYER
- Grease tray in the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
- Place the 4 skewers in a single layer in the basket and leave a space in between.
- Program the air fryer to cook at 400°F for 6 to 7 minutes.
BBQ
- Brush grill with vegetable oil and preheat barbecue to medium-low heat.
- Remove skewers from package and place on grill.
- Grill for 7 to 9 minutes, turning occasionally.
FRYING PAN
- Remove skewers from package and place in nonstick frying pan.
- Cook over medium heat for 9 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove skewers from packaging and place on foil or parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Cook for 14 to 16 minutes, turning once.
